Kaposer Posted March 12, 2009 Report Share Posted March 12, 2009 I'm a new MDD Hosting user, and probably like many of you I've been dealing (suffering?) with many hosting services over the years. The first and most important thing I liked about MDD is the rocket speed of my account, and maybe it's too recent to say this but I haven't seen it down yet But the support is also great, Mike is not only fast responding and fixing minor problems, when a couple of days ago I managed to create a huge mess in my account he fixed it restoring a backup from the night after. Currently we have it planned to offer 4 restore points every day as far back as a week (28 restore points) and 1 restore point per week as far back as 3 months (12 weekly restore points).
