T0M Posted April 21, 2013 Report Share Posted April 21, 2013 Just getting to know the system and have a couple of questions concerning R1Soft CDP. I cant locate my databases in the R1Soft CDP window. I see the directory tree and files. Does R1Soft back up the entire account including databases and email, etc? Also, the R1Soft window is slow to display individual files. Is this common? Please open a support ticket for more information and assistance with this. Does R1Soft back up the entire account including databases and email, etc? Yes. Also, the R1Soft window is slow to display individual files. Is this common? Everything else is humming along quite nicely. Yes, do to the nature of how backups are stored, they can be slow to access. This is often compounded when accessing the backup server while it is retrieving backups or merging out backups older than our retention period.
