We highly recommend IntoDNS.com for DNS Zone checking whether you be having issues with your site loading properly, incoming or outgoing mail, or simply when you modify your DNS zone yourself. IntoDNS provides a pretty comprehensive check on your DNS settings from checking your NS records to your cnames and MX records.
