Posted September 10, 2011 Report Share Posted September 10, 2011 We are adjusting some settings for the MySQL server for the Hermes server and to make the changes live we have to restart the MySQL server. We do so gracefully so that no damage is done to any databases and it can take upwards of 5 minutes to flush the RAM contents to the disk and restart.
