Posted June 9, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 9, 2010 This issue has been resolved - the cable between the switch and the server failed - we believe it was on it's way out and was aggravated by the scheduled maintenance last night when the server was pulled from the rack to replace the raid controller and cables running to the hard drives.
