sremick
So do the servers not track daylight savings time? What's the policy on that?
Michael D.
They are supposed to update automatically but that may be something else cpanel broke in 11.25. I'll have a check and update times.
Michael D.
I checked and all servers rolled forward an hour as they were supposed to.
sremick
Hmm well that's strange, because my forum time was correct and now it's an hour behind. Some of my users have resorted to re-adjusting their profile-specific offsets but that's not really the right fix (twice a year) if the servers are tracking DST properly. Not sure what's going on here then...

Michael D.
PHP is configured correctly - the setting must be hard-coded into your PHP script, that's the only thing left that could cause such an issue. You may want to contact the script developer's support to discuss the issue.
