Michael D.
We have identified a critical vulnerability in our S5 server's AMD Processors as well as the AMD Processors powering our Plaid Platform, which requires urgent patching. This security measure necessitates a system restart of each node. This will result in approximately 5 to 10 of downtime per node. We understand the value of uninterrupted service and continuously strive for maintenance protocols that cause the least disruption. However, given the nature of this vulnerability, a short downtime period is unavoidable. Thank you for your understanding and patience. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask either here - or directly in a support ticket.
Michael D.
We will be beginning this maintenance momentarily. I do very much apologize for the short notice on this - the maintenance was supposed to be seamless but due to unforeseen issues we are not able to perform this particular maintenance without interruption.
