Scott Posted May 14, 2016 Report Share Posted May 14, 2016 When it was just Mike, he would keep his phone right next to his bed so that any ticket would wake him up and he could deal with it right away. I'm not sure how he ever slept, but he was fast to reply and somehow always lucid too. Of course, we now have more staff and "frown" on sleeping on shift.
