Tim
We are aware of the current network issues and are working to mitigate them. Once we have more information I will update this thread.
Tim
This only applies to clients on our Jasmine server, any other issues are un-related. Please open a support ticket for assistance if you continue to have issues. The problematic IP addresses have been changed and protection has been applied to the server to help mitigate any further attacks. As we needed to change the main server IP address it is possible that DNS may need to re-propagate which can cause a error when viewing the site. This is unavoidable and should correct itself within a few hours. (As DNS servers update at different times world-wide it can be up-to 72 hours for a full DNS sync. We have no control over the amount of time it will take.)Services should return to normal shortly. (Once again this will only impact our clients on the Jasmine server.)
