  1. Thank you, very nice thing to have. I wonder why is it disabled by default for reseller accounts? It makes it necessary then to create and associate a package in order to use this feature. And I was avoiding using packages because each time WHM is updated it automatically recreates all the default subdomains for each account, and I had to manually delete the ones I don't want... For me it was instantaneous. You can check your website manually appending https:// before the address and see if it works. If it does you could create a redirection at the domain level, or if it's a WordPress site, for example, there are plugins that can manage the redirection themselves also.
  2. It looks like pages in R1 are reachable again (for now). Thank you for the updates.
  3. The plugin Rename wp-login.php already disables login through wp-admin. If you visit that page without being already identified, it just shows an error message: <body id="error-page"> <p>You must log in to access the admin area.</p></body> </html> And since I got conflicts when using it together with Better WP-Security hide-admin, I ended up only using Rename wp-login.php for that. Is also important to configure the cache plugin as explained, if you're using one.
  4. Thank you Mike, that leaves me with a couple of questions of a more private nature, so I'll send you a PM.
  5. A couple of weeks ago I made a minimal disk write speed test in Icarus and saved the result: 23:02 0 andamira@icarus$ dd if=/dev/zero of=test bs=64k count=16k conv=fdatasync && rm -f test 1073741824 bytes (1,1 GB) copied, 108,887 s, 9,9 MB/sFor comparison this is the result for the same test in another server I've an account on: andamira@710c5:~$ dd if=/dev/zero of=test bs=64k count=16k conv=fdatasync && rm -f test 1073741824 bytes (1,1 GB) copiados, 6,50854 s, 165 MB/sI wondered what the reason for such difference may be but since the websites are very responsive in Icarus I didn't worry at all, but remained curious. And this thread seems to answer the question.
