Just wanted to thank everyone at MDD for the smooth transition from Blue Host. Over the summer, I had experienced more and more problems with Blue Host. MDD was recommended by a friend as being very reliable -- and I have found that to be true. My inquiries were always answered promptly and the transition went through without a hitch. My one suggestion would be to have some type of reference sheet with basic term definitions for people like myself who don't know the first thing about web servers, domains, and the technical things that need to happen behind the scenes in order to make a transition happen. Aside from needing to get up to speed on all that type of stuff, everything went through very well. Thanks again -- you guys rock! Rick
