S5 was under a large network based attack earlier but is now mitigated. The attack was large enough that we were not able to filter it out so we null-routed the IP address 162.244.254.213 and moved all accounts on that IP to new IP addresses. For those using our DNS this is automatic and their sites are already back up and online. Please reach out to our Technical Support team if you are having issues loading your site.

During this process of cleaning old files from the server the file system suffered performance issues and a reboot was required. The server is back online and performing as expected.

Hello, Our data center facility is experiencing networking issues. It is out of our direct control as all of our equipment is up. They are aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve it. Once they provide details about the outage we will let everyone know. This included our support system and forums so I apologize for any delay in this reply. Once I have more details and the RFO (Reason For Outage) I will post them here.

Hello all, We are aware of the current issues with our S0 server. We are still investigating the root cause and will update this post once we have complete details. Thank you, **Tim M.** - MDDHosting LLC

Hello all, We noticed some IO issues on our cluster and upon investigation a disk was ejected due to poor performance. The S2 server was heavily impacted and needed to be rebooted. The storage cluster is back to normal and all issues should be resolved. Please open a ticket if you continue to have connection issues. (Please note this did not impact the data in anyway.)

As this demo is provided and hosted by cPanel you would need to use a major search engine.

I am so sorry that the cPanel hosted and provided demo site is not working for you and I hope it did not cause you too much inconvenience. I did a quick search online and found the following demo they now offer. https://cpanel.com/demo/

A few moments ago you may have experienced connectivity issues to our servers and website. Our servers experienced no downtime however our network connection appears to be having issues. We contacted our support contact and they are aware of the problem and are actively looking into it. (It appears to be resolved currently.) Once they provide the details of the issue I will update this post. My apologizes if this caused you any inconvenience and please feel free to open a Support Ticket or Chat if you are still having issues.

Earlier today the MySQL service on our R1, R2, and S1 servers caused some connectivity issues. Upon investigation we noticed that the SQL service was using abnormal amounts of CPU and causing the server to show non responsive. The previous day updates were applied to the server and the MySQL version was updated to the latest release. The latest version has compatibility issues with the LVE software we run on the server that helps ensure equal performance for all users on the shared servers. As a temporary measure we reverted the SQL version to a previous build and the service returned to normal functionality. We have contacted our software vendor and this is a known issue and they are actively working on a solution. We apologize for any issues this interruption has caused. We are awaiting updated software and will monitor performance once the fix is applied. If you are still having issues please open a support ticket for assistance. (Please note that the SQL/Database service is working as expected so some issues may be unrelated.) I will update this post if any further information is provided from our software vendor.

Website Server Support Problem
Tim replied to obrain's topic in Website Reviews - Get feedback and free traffic
Hello, It could be that your site needs optimization or caching this can also help load times if your content is not properly optimized. If the host is at fault changing to a different host may help however it will depend on where the issue is. For example country specific issues can sometimes be the 3rd party links between the host and the country. -
Legacy Shared Hosting vs Shared Hosting Professional
Tim replied to hickman120's topic in Pre-Sales Enquiries
Sorry for the delay, the only difference between the two plans is the amount of disk space and bandwidth. We offer more information about the new Professional plan in our Unlimited Policy. https://www.mddhosting.com/unlimited-policy.php
