To Mike, Scott and the crew at MDDHosting, thanks for the hard work during this unfortunate event. I'm sure you did what was required as fast as possible. As Gump said - It happens. I have to mention that there are cloud providers out there that offer redundancy for mission critical applications, but you will pay for it.

Just getting to know the system and have a couple of questions concerning R1Soft CDP. I cant locate my databases in the R1Soft CDP window. I see the directory tree and files. Does R1Soft back up the entire account including databases and email, etc? Also, the R1Soft window is slow to display individual files. Is this common? Everything else is humming along quite nicely. Thanks.

Mike, I am curious as to how you notify the clients of resellers. Do you notify accounts directly or notify the reseller account of the changed user names and passwords for the affected domains? Thanks.
