I recently signed up for a shared hosting plan on MDDHosting. Is there a temporary URL where I can view and test my site? I'm moving from another host and I'd like to make sure everything is working on this end before I switch the nameservers. I checked the documentation that came when I signed up but somehow I've missed how to do this.

I would like to use a third-party email delivery system (Sendgrid) and I'm wondering if MDDHosting shared hosting accounts have any unblocked ports for outbound SMTP, and if so, which ones (25, 26, 587, 465 etc)? I know some hosts block SMTP except for internal email which makes it difficult to integrate with the Sendgrid SMTP API.
