I've tried ftp.domainnam.com/foldername using Go/"Connect to Server" in the OS X menubar with usual name/password but no luck. Then I tried ftps but don't see where to configure the port number. Does anyone have more explicit directions?

Can you tell me the difference in terms of hardware between the semi-dedicated account and the reseller one? For example, does the reseller use a semi-dedicated server (the same one?) as the semi-dedicated people? If not what are the differences in terms of performance compared to semi-dedicated? Thank you.

I was with another host and had a domain name with them. I followed the video on here to turn off domain protect for that host. Does anyone know where I can find info. to complete the domain transfer to MDDHosting?

It may be I can do point the domain name servers to MDDHosting once the account is registered. But I can't seem to find the info. on how to do that. Any help appreciated.
