I would love to see the DDoS attack graph but I think the last one was worse in terms of packets per second.

My site is still down. I opened a support ticket and about 5 hours ago someone told me it should be working- still nothing! www.dolphincadcamusa.com


I'm able to view your site (UK), it must be that DNS is still updating.

Okay, now I'm starting to get frustrated. Our domain is "La*" and we're still down. I know Mike has gone to bed at this point - is anyone from MDD keeping an eye on this thread that wants to chime in with an update?


Are you seeing the default cPanel page? If so I believe Mike mentioned running a script which will fix this.

I can confirm that to my knowledge all of my client's sites are back online.

None of the problems experienced were anyones fault and you did a fantastic job at solving them. However, I do agree with techshots that there should have been another option. Something such as having access to full cPanel backups of each account would have been perfect. At least that way we could have restored the "angry clients" on another server. This is something I imagine would have to be setup on a individual basis so I will taking you up on your offer and contacting you about this later today.

You mentioned earlier that a redundant solution would up the price, personally I'd be happy to pay that extra and I'm sure many others would as well.

As I'm sure you do also I feel like I've got 1 step forward slowly and 5 steps back in terms of relationship with clients.

I'm not blaming you Mike, this is clearing multiple problems all in the same time frame which is rare.

You may have more clients moaning at you but you've got 10 servers, 9 of which I assume are online. Most of my hosting client base is on this single account, granted I should have had some sort of backup plan in place.
