I did update the ticket and Mike promptly and politely replied to my query. The transfer is in progress.

mdd shared host - account user name: <removed by request> the contract with previous host is coming to an end.. so they might del all those files. 24hrs have already passed since the request for transfer was done, the total data is around 400mb. I have requested support for help but so far there has been no reply apart from the initial response from Mike, I have not heard much about this after 24 hrs from anybody in 24/7 Support of MDDhosting. The max time it might take to transfer may vary anywhere from 24 to 48 hrs but could u pls do a favor by doing this job on priority since the contract with previous host is coming to an end. I request you to do the needful
