  1. First thing I did was go to the twitter channel. I did not see anything so I opened a ticket. I think it is better to announce it there.
  2. I am on S4 and I assume it is restored. My static sites seem to work. However I have 2 joomla sites that still show this error message: "SORRY! If you are the owner of this website, please contact your hosting provider..." Is there something I should do? I have those 2 joomla sites on CLOUDFLARE. I have disabled the caching and took them into development mode.
  3. @Michael Denney Restoring from a snapshot taken 45 min ago, is not like a simple reboot. You will loose all emails from the last 45 min.
  4. I am sure I have somewhere an entire account backup from last month. I could use it to restore it, right? Anyway, I expect the websites to be up by tomorrow so I prefer to wait one more day.
  5. I am not an admin, but here are some thoughts. Please don;t laugh if they are techically impossible. I initially thought it might be a good idea to physically transfer the backup server from Phoenix to Denver. Then I saw that they are 943 km flying distance, or 1321.36 km by car. What if you had created servers in Phoenix, where the backup server is located and restore to them with realy high speed? Would this be possible?
  6. Is it possible (and easy) to get a notification email when our account is restored? After we reveive this email we can make thorow examinations on our sites and report any problems to you. Otherwise, if I see some pages working and some errors elswhere, I may assume that the restoration or the final setup is not finished yet by you.
  7. Hi I just closed a support ticked and asked to complete a review. I am generally very satisfied. I am really impressed with the very fast response with the support tickets. With this last support issue however I have a feeling MDD was too fast to put the blame on Cloudflare. I am taking about support ticket #(REDACTED). I had a problem with the loading of the site under Cloudflare development mode. I openned a ticket with MDD. MDD pointed out it was a problem with error 522 in Cloudflare. I contacted CF support. Cloudflare told me to tell my host (MDD) to whitelist the Cloudflare IP addresses. MDD told me they do not whitelist any IPs. Then MDD told me they have already whitelisted CG IPs. So I am back at CF support (which takes 2-3 days to respond). Finally MDD says they just re-whitelisted the CF IPs. All of a miracle, the errors are gone. I can only assume that CF had changed some IPs and the new whitelist from MDD solved the problem. Or maybe the problem went away and it was just a coincidence that MDD refreshed the IPs.
