Ditto for me in all of the previous poster's comments. I'll be a customer as long as I have a need to be so.

I'm not sure where they could improve short of doing it for free! Fantastic 30-min uptime, lightning-fast response time to critical and non-critical tickets, friendly, nice techs, and best of all, honesty. When the problem is on their end, they usually clue me i to what was the problem. I cannot recommend MDDHosting highly enough and have been doing so for some time, even on my own forum.
