I opened a Premium Hosting account yesterday. The charge was successful, invoice shows paid.
Status for this service say's it's "pending". When I go to the page for the service it just says This hosting package is currently Pending.
You cannot begin using this hosting account until it is activated.
I opened a tech support ticket which was responded too quickly enough and 'escalated' to Billing which seems odd as the invoice shows paid. Haven't heard anything since then which was ~5 hours ago at this point. Guessing the billing guys don't work weekends?
