  1. #1 is too much of a hassle if your IP is dynamic
  2. 3 years later and you're still a happy customer that's how things should be. Kudos to MDD, it seems they never fail in making their clients satisfied.
  3. Yeah. A notification (email most probably) to affected clients would be nice.
  4. Using a CMS is unnecessary for mostly static websites. Having everything in plain html/css would make your site "lighter" so to speak. But yeah since you are going to update frequently and you said you aren't that experienced, then WP is the way to go
  5. Must be because you just signed up for an account, and you checked for backups even before a backup was generated for your site?
  6. A: as far as i know the automatic backups are generated weekly C: i've had 2 full cpanel backups (as far as i remember) restored and they didn't charge me a penny
  7. not really, but support said they're aware of the issue and they'll get it sorted out asap. anyway thanks for the reply. i just wanted to make sure it's not just me.
  8. don't really wanna bug support about this anymore so.. is it just me or are you guys having trouble accessing r1soft backups as well? my bro and i keep getting an "invalid login" error on all the accounts we manage. thanks for your time.
