glennk
Can MDD give some description of how the backup works in regard to what we can expect to get back? Apologies if this is covered somewhere. What I would like to know is if a customer comes to me and says everything is gone (or something is gone): A: A data retrieval from MDD would mean retirieving an entire cpanel environment as it was the day before? or something different?B: What is the time frame for this happening once a request is put in?C: Is there a charge? Anything else we should know? Thanks!
