Posted February 27, 2014 Report Share Posted February 27, 2014 Due to some issues with R1Soft we had to roll out a new backup server and it's a fairly manual process to connect each individual cPanel server to the R1Soft server in a way that allows end-users to log in. The backups were still there and running as usual - you just weren't able to log into them. As stated, however, this has been restored .
