Scott
Hello Everyone. I've got a client interested in archiving email instead of letting their email accounts grow huge. Their primary concern is how much space is used since they prefer IMAP over POP3 and don't want to delete emails. Google Apps / Gmail has already been ruled out. (I did suggest it first) I've been asking around, but most people seem to prefer Gmail. Googling has turned up a lot of options, but none I recognize. Got any ideas? Software, services, tricks like Outlook's auto archival function... anything is worth mentioning. Thanks. PS: This thread is a copy of the one I posted at WebHostingTalk. Feel free to reply here, or there, or both. www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?p=8335442
