Terms of Service Updated: When the late fee is applied, and overdue accounts are terminated.

Recommended Posts

We have updated our Terms of Service to apply a shorter timeline when it comes to applying late fees and terminating overdue accounts. Unfortunately many individuals and businesses feel that simply ignoring an invoice equates a cancellation which leaves us with outstanding invoices and services that were staying active on our system for extended periods of time past their last payment. This is the primary reason for the changes that have been made, and if you have any questions do let us know.

  • The late fee value has not changed, and remains 10% or $5, whichever is greater.
  • The late fee is applied after an invoice is 7 days overdue, versus 14 days previously.
  • Termination of services will now happen at 14 days overdue, versus 30 days previously.

As always, if you have an issue where you need additional time to pay your invoice please contact our billing department immediately. We are happy to work with our customers that are in good standing when it comes to payment issues and allowing time to resolve them.

Keep in mind that we have always and will continue to create invoices at least 14 days before the invoice is due and to email notice of this invoice generation to the account holder. We also will continue to send a reminder when the invoice is one day overdue and when the late fee is being applied. We will also now provide notice when a service has been terminated due to an invoice that is more than 14 days overdue.
