Michael D.
Hello! We are configuring two new VPS nodes currently and once they are ready we plan on migrating our existing VPS customers over to the new hardware. No IP addresses will change and ultimately there should not be anything that you need to do. During the transfer process, your VPS may go offline for 5 to 10 minutes as we mirror your data to ensure MySQL database consistency. This new hardware is a pretty large upgrade from the existing hardware that our customers are on now. If you have a VPS with us and you have any questions at all, please feel free to either post your questions here or to open a support ticket. We plan on starting these transfers within the next 24 hours, however, if you do need to delay the transfer of your VPS for any reason, please get in touch with us. Michael D.
Due to some unforeseen hardware complications the moves have been postponed. We'll post a new announcement when we are prepared to migrate servers.
Michael D.
The hardware issues were resolved, and we are going to work on migrating VPS tonight. Each VPS should be offline for no more than 1 to 5 minutes or so. As always, let us know if you have any questions.
