Since the reseller server uses LiteSpeed and CloudLinux, are resellers allowed to prominently state these features as selling points? MDDHosting LLC can't give you permission to use a third party's intellectual property without licensing that would allow us to do so. Now, I don't imagine those services are going to give you any grief for displaying that your services are powered by them but if in doubt, contact them and ask .
