[Resolved] PayPal Subscriptions Not Posting Properly

We recently updated our billing software to a new version and it seems we've uncovered a bug in the new system. If you have a PayPal subscription that you created before this month (December), PayPal will pay us as they're supposed to but our billing system is not processing the payment correctly and applying the balance to invoices in some instances. We're working with our software vendor to resolve this issue.

 

Should you receive a notice that your invoice is overdue, by all means, please get with the billing department at https://www.mddhosting.com/support/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=4 and provide us the PayPal Transaction ID to your payment and we'll apply it to your invoice and account so that you do not experience service interruption.

 

We are going to be temporarily pushing out the suspension grace period from the normal 2 days to 14 days until this issue is fully resolved.
