If you are using WordPress, or are thinking about using it, please read through this awesome article that highlights the potential dangers of getting free themes from untrusted sources. Of course, installing updates, patches, themes, plugins, or anything else from an untrusted source is rarely a good idea, but it never hurts to see exactly what can happen.
