Michael D.
We will be performing a cPanel software upgrade this evening at 11 PM ET [in approximately 8 hours and 10 minutes] on the S3 Server. This upgrade is supposed to be seamless, however, there is the potential for approximately 15 minutes of downtime associated with this update. We are coordinating with our software vendor, cPanel, on this update. cPanel technicians will be peforming this update monitoring the server during the update process. Should any downtime occur they will be both investigating the cause, as it's not supposed to involve downtime, as well as working to resolve it quicker than the estimated 15 minutes. If you have any questions about this, please let us know. Michael D.
In the email I sent out I mistakenly put 10 PM instead of 11 PM. Sorry for any confusion. This will be getting started in about 15 minutes.

Michael D.
The update process is taking longer than expected - and 403 Errors are being shown. The errors will go away once the update is completed but we're working with cPanel to ascertain why they're happening to try and resolve them faster.
