Tim
A few moments ago you may have experienced connectivity issues to our servers and website. Our servers experienced no downtime however our network connection appears to be having issues. We contacted our support contact and they are aware of the problem and are actively looking into it. (It appears to be resolved currently.) Once they provide the details of the issue I will update this post. My apologizes if this caused you any inconvenience and please feel free to open a Support Ticket or Chat if you are still having issues.
Tim
Hello all, It appears the issue was with the backbone connection to the HE network. "There was an issue with traffic being routed over HE earlier this morning, around 8:20am MDT. The issue was resolved around 8:40am MDT. We contacted HE regarding this issue, and they provided the following response:"Sorry for the inconvenience. A router in KC was impacted due to a failing line card module. This affected traffic in the region. It's since been restored."
Michael D.
This issue only affected a small subset of clients / the internet where Hurricane Electric [HE] was being used for service. Anybody else whose traffic routed over another backbone was unaffected.
