Hello everyone,
Update Nov 6: Our phone system is now operational and working normally. The remainder of this post will remain unedited below, however some now incorrect statements have been crossed out to help prevent any confusion.

Our phone system was knocked offline when a lightning storm near our office damaged equipment used for the phone system. All client servers and backup servers are NOT impacted as they are in a different facility.Until further notice, billing and sales support will only be available through our website, email, and live chat. We are not able to receive phone calls or voicemails.
General questions about this outage can be posted here, however anything specific to your account should be handled via email or ticket.

We are waiting on AT&T to replace equipment provided by them that was damaged by lightning. They expect to have this replaced by 4 PM ET on November 6, 2017. We anticipate our phone systems being operational on Tuesday, November 7th, 2017 and will update this thread with details as we have them.
