Hi,

I want to order your Professional Plan Hosting for my site, but want to ask you few questions first:

1. Please have a look at the site and tell me if you able to make the migration for me? It is built on a custom php platfrom and is hosted on Godaddy at the moment.

2. Can I cancel and get refund if not satisfied from your hosting?

3. Can I get discount if prepay for entire year?

Hi,

Hello!

I want to order your Professional Plan Hosting for my site, but want to ask you few questions first:

Sure.

1. Please have a look at the site and tell me if you able to make the migration for me? It is built on a custom php platfrom and is hosted on Godaddy at the moment.

Do you have cPanel access at GoDaddy? If so - it's an extremely easy process. If not - we can likely still migrate you but it may not be such a simple process.

2. Can I cancel and get refund if not satisfied from your hosting?

The short answer is yes but the long / detailed answer is found at https://www.mddhosting.com/tos.php#7

3. Can I get discount if prepay for entire year?

We automatically discount plans a year or longer - and there are coupon codes available. There's one on the front page of our website perpetually although the code itself and value changes. That will be going away when we get our new site design live though.

Hi MikeDVB and thanks for the quick reply.

I will try to get this cpanel access and will get back to you. Should I ask GoDaddy support for the cpanel access?

It just really depends on what package/plan you have with them. You'd want to sign up for a hosting plan and then reach out to technical support about the transfer. Worst case if we can't do it, which is extremely rare, we would be happy to refund you.
