During this time all server and network monitoring will remain in-place and we will be handling any server or network-wide issues proactively as we always would. We will be re-directing all traffic from MDDHosting.com to this forum thread during the maintenance. For technical support during this maintenance please send me a private message here on the forums. While we are scheduling from 11 PM to 3 AM - we expect this upgrade to take substantially less time. We are simply allocating a larger window of time to allow for any unforeseen issues. ericr Posted June 15, 2017 Report Share Posted June 15, 2017 We have rescheduled the maintenance for the same time this evening. We were not able to get all measures desired for a smooth transition in place so moved the transfer 24 hours to minimize customer impact.We have also adjusted the method that we will be doing the transfer to minimize the outages to two smaller outages. ericr Posted June 16, 2017 Report Share Posted June 16, 2017 We are starting the work at this time. As part of the first stage and initial outage we will be moving the Accounts to a VPS temporarily. ericr Posted June 17, 2017 Report Share Posted June 17, 2017 We will be performing the second stage of the upgrade, moving the services back to the primary server, Saturday 6/17/2017 - 06/18/2017 11:00 PM ET to 2:00 AM ET During this time support tickets will be temporally unavailable and there is a small risk that emailed tickets may be lost in the server change. However, this should be minimal or non existent. We hope to have the transfer completed much faster then the full window, however the window is sized to provide time to address issues.
