Hi. As I travel internationally I sometimes run into situations where I need to log into a web site or service that requires that I access it from an American IP address. I was researching commercial VPN or setting up a raspberry pie on my home network at my house in the US, but then I remembered I have a VPN server with a static IP address located in America.

Would it be possible to set up a private VPN on an existing VPS with the understanding that I would be the only one to access / use it?

I think you should get a VPN that provides various network options to connect to so that you can easily surf such blocked site from anywhere. I also needed such VPN and recently found the expressvpn review online. It has a lot to offer and I am extremely impressed with it so might get that soon.
