Michael D.
Hello! Unfortunately early this morning our networking team identified an inbound attack on the IP address 162.244.253.122 and null-routed the IP address. This null route will remain in-place for at least 24 hours according to the networking team and, as such, to restore service to our affected customers we are migrating accounts on the affected IP to new IP addresses. We are migrating them as quickly as we can to restore service. We are also splitting the accounts up among various IP addresses in order to reduce the impact of the attack should it change IP addresses [i.e. should it follow a domain or an account]. This kind of attack is hitting the IP address itself which doesn't tell us which site or account is actually under attack hence the measures to migrate accounts to new IP addresses. If you have any questions about this let us know.
Michael D.
About 50% of the accounts that were affected by this have been migrated to new IP addresses. This is still in progress.

Michael D.
The attack shifted from the original IP to "173.248.188.115" Substantially less accounts are affected this time around - and we're splitting the affected accounts out to a new set of IPs to further reduce who is affected.
