I started redesigning this website last week and have changed the logo, header and sidebar so far. The website belongs to a local man and van company ( means small moving company) and therefor need to have a high conversion rate. Currently the bounce rate is around 50% and we think the main reason is the poor design and user experience. Please have a look and share your thoughs. I will appreciate your feedback.
