Can I use PHP 7 on the servers for shared hosting?  :rolleyes:

My first time trying to make a website with PHP.

During research it looks like Laravel is the new way to go - is this supported?

 

Which hosting option should I choose if I get up to 50,000 users that have the ability to upload pictures up to 15mb per user, with each user able to use PHP to create and track text?

What about 500,000?

How about 5,000,000?

I can't advise you on PHP Frameworks unfortunately as I'm not a PHP developer.

That said it sounds like you're wanting to run some sort of image dump and realistically anything with 50,000 users isn't going to be a good fit for any type of shared plan.
