MTLisa Posted June 8, 2016 Report Share Posted June 8, 2016 If anyone is on the fence about using MDD Hosting, please rest assured that MDD has been flawless in their customer support! They are always extremely quick to respond to inquiries and/or problems and resolve them right away - cheerfully! Since my husband's business has been on the internet for over 20 yrs., we've tried other companies and always dreaded having to contact customer service. LONG wait times on the phone, issues not getting handled correctly, always one problem or another. We have not noticed any down times amongst our 3 websites other than times that were pre-scheduled by MDD for maintenance in the middle of the night. We had regular down times with other hosting companies. Every department has been this way - billing, tech support, and sales. We recommend them highly!
