If your WordPress site runs the “WP Mobile Detector” plugin, uninstall it until this is patched!

Sucuri has pointed out that the script has been updated to help mitigate this, but that the problem is not fully resolved. Removing the plugin is still suggested for the time being, but if you can't do that, at least update it right away and watch closely for updates in the coming hours or days.
