Michael D.
As you may or may not be aware there was an extremely serious security flaw in ImageMagick. Last night we applied cPanel's updated version of ImageMagick, however, the CloudLinux provided alt-ImageMagick was not yet patched or updated. We were forced to remove this from our systems to protect the security of your accounts and the server while we waited on a patched version. A patched version was released today and in the process of installing the update the P1 server experienced issues with the update. The PHP Version Selector provided by CloudLinux is not functioning properly resulting in an incorrect PHP version being used for many sites and the MySQL Connector not being available for others. We've been working manually to restore services to sites and finding them broken again in short order and, as such, have engaged CloudLinux support directly on the matter. We apologize deeply for the problems this is causing you and we will have it fixed as quickly as we possibly can.

Michael D.
This issue should be fully resolved. If you are, as of now, still having an issue do please open a ticket.
Michael D.
CloudLinux has confirmed that the issue we faced this morning was, in fact, a known-bug. We've internally documented the solution to the issue should any other servers experience the issue.
