Our upstream provider has scheduled an emergency network maintenance window for tonight from 11 PM to 3 AM ET [server time].
The facility will be conducting emergency network maintenance this evening from February 24 @ 11:00PM - 3:00AM to address the underlying condition that has caused the two periods of packet loss and latency that were experienced earlier today. During this time, you can expect to have several other periods of packet loss and latency.
Unfortunately this maintenance window and the related outages are completely out of our control. We do apologize for any trouble the disruptions may cause you but the downtime experienced tonight during the maintenance window should allow us to provide a more reliable network long-term.
