were the servers updated already?

On Dec 2th, I received the email letting me know that you guys were updated the servers ("MDDHosting - Big Upgrades - New Hardware, New Network, More Reliability"). It said that I would be receiving another email right before, and after, the upgrades, just letting me know they were being started/finished. But I never received those emails. Were the upgrades done (I am on Demeter). I'm not complaining - just wondering.

Same for me, server SR2.

I am not sure if the servers have been updated or not.

Neither server has been upgraded yet. We will send out new emails once the process is going to begin.

Since you both have posted, we have started and finished upgrade migrations for a large number of clients. If your account was moved, you should have seen an email prior to being moved, and another email once the move was complete.

 

If you're still unsure if your account was migrated, please open a support ticket so we can let you know about your account specifically.
