Flix
Now that version 7.0.0 is officially launched, when can we expect it to be on the servers? Even if it's just optional.
Tim
We are working to install new hardware, once completed all servers will be migrated to this new infrastructure. There is no hard ETA for this however it should be in the coming weeks. Once this is complete the latest version will be available in the selector. Flix
I just wanted to say thank you for installing PHP7, as well as make some snarky remarks. The performance increase is superbly significant and speeds are now back to the levels they used to be when I signed up years ago. Will you be cramming more accounts onto the servers now? cziv
I think all shared hosting plans will benefit GREATLY because the "limits" will not be hit easily anymore. For example the entry processes limit (10 or 20) will be hard(er) to reach because php 7 is a lot faster so the cpu will release FASTER each entry process. Not sure if i worded that correctly, but you got the idea i hope. Also memory is significally lower, maybe 30-40% less.
