glennmen
I made a website complete from scratch myself, I didn't use drupal or anything like that. I only used Codeigniter framework. It is a onepager and I made it as a business contact website. I would like your opinion about what you think about the website and I am mainly interested in website speed, I did a lot of speedtests don't know anything else to increase the speed more. Tim
The website appears to be loading quickly, I do not see anything that stands out for optimization. If you do utilize a CMS such as Drupal or WordPress I would suggest implimenting a form of caching. Tim M.
glennmen
Thanks for the feedback.I do not use any CMS, I only use the Codeigniter framework and I do use the server side caching to reduce server memory usage.I have also enabled browser caching. I am also using CloudFlare but I am not sure if this is a bonus for my website or not, I have found mixed reviews about them when I search different forums. -------- I am a student programmer and my goal is to make as much as possible myself instead of using things like Wordpress that deliver finished products. SBell
Looks nice and clean, some suggestions;Add your phone number in large text inside the bannerRemove your email address from the page and use the form instead for contact to prevent spam.Individualize pages instead of using a div location on the same page for info and contact .Google likes separation of content so pages are specific according to the title. If you find you don't have enough content ideas to justify separation of links, get some ideas by browsing other websites that are similar to your own. Perhaps also think about an online booking function and area map of the locations you cover. For SEO purposes it would be great to see named towns, cities or streets.Regards
