The art of writing email filters: a way to combine From and To *without*Body*?

I like to filter incoming email and send it straightaway to a Junk folder. Some items, like say "viagra", may be appropriate for an "any header contains" filter. However, some other items are appropriate (I've found) only for "From" plus "Subject". (Why? Some danged spammers have gotten clever enough to put target keywords in their email "usernames" rather than the "Subject".)

Is there a way, of which anyone is aware, to combine "From" and "Subject" in one statement while omitting "Body"?

(Also, FWIW, is a full "Any Header" search so resource-intensive that it should be avoided *at all costs*?)
