Hello,

The echo server suffered a DDOS against IP   173.248.187.12.  I am already moving the affected sites to alternate IP's and websites should be coming back online soon.

The IP Changes have been completed.

You do not need to update your nameservers if you are using our nameservers, however, if you're not currently using ns1.mddservices.com, ns2.mddservices.com, and ns3.mddservices.com we do suggest that you update your nameservers.

If you are using external DNS at your registrar or another provider (generally if you are, you will know this) then you can get the new IP address of your account in your cPanel account on the new server. It will be in the left bar under "Statistics" and you may have to click "More Statistics" to see it.

The Echo server has come under attack again - one of the IPs we shifted accounts to.  We're still working to identify the actual target which is hard with UDP packet floods as it doesn't identify a target - just slams an IP.

All accounts on the affected IP [significantly less this time due to us splitting them to various IPs the first round] have been split down to new IPs in smaller groups.
