Does MDD publish transparency reports a la Google/M$/Yahoo/etc. regarding requests for PII, or is this simply covered by a generic as required by law clause in the TOS? Posted June 10, 2014 Report Share Posted June 10, 2014 I looked at the reports published by those companies - it looks like they field thousands upon thousands of requests that would reveal personally identifiable information. We've been in business 7 years and have only received 2 or 3 subpoenas for client details. That said - we only reveal client information when required by applicable law.
