If I change the name of the folder that acts as the document root of an add-on domain, is this going to break any scripts (because the path changes, etc)?

I was wondering what is the benefit of using Google Apps. From what I can read there seem to be a few frequently-cited benefits: (1) increased reliability (2) lower cost (3) collaboration benefits (with other applications like Calendar). Assuming that you are just a plain-vanilla email user (i.e. single account, only sending and receiving without forwarding, etc), is there any difference between to have your email handled in-house or outsourced?

Are script-based email (sent by PHP for example) handled by Google Apps?

Is there a way to make MySQL automatically spellcheck when you are editing a text field? I remember it used to do this, but after a recent upgrade it doesn't do it anymore.

From an analytics standpoint, I was wondering how the new MDD design compares to the old design when it comes to sales conversions (conversion per visitor, conversions per page view, etc)?
