Michael D.
We've enaged cPanel Emergency Support for this issue as no users are able to authenticate to the mail server on the Echo server using POP3, IMAP, or Webmail. All inbound mail is being handled as normal [Exim handles inbound mail] so no mail will be lost although you won't be able to check the email or send it until this issue is resolved. I fully anticipate cPanel to have this resolved within only a few minutes but will update this thread as I know more.

Michael D.
This has been resolved as of 7 minutes ago. cPanel has added this case to an internal issue tracker [well, they updated the existing issue] as this has happened to a few other providers. They did provide us the fix/work-around so that should it happen again we can have it resolved in seconds instead of minutes. Sorry for any trouble this may have caused you.
